*Spots are limited and will be first come first serve. You will receive email confirmation once your child’s registration has been processed in our system.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen to families and we try our best to accommodate their needs as well as keeping our camp financially feasible.

• Before July 2: Full refund of registration fee
• Before July 28: 50% refund of registration fee
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 11.
• Please note that registration fees are not transferable between individuals

*Please note that the office can only issue refunds by cheque, it will take approximately 7-10 business days for the cheque to be processed. It will be mailed directly to your mailing address.

**With regrets, we will not issue refunds for any campers who cannot attend our VBS due to health reasons after August 18th. NRAC holds the final decision regarding the issuing of camp refunds.
